Job Description
The Center for Space and Atmospheric Research (CSAR) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a Research Engineer/Scientist to support ongoing ionospheric research in the area of remote sensing, and in-situ instrumentation. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of in-situ instruments, analyze data, and collaborate with other scientists.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Engineering, Physics, or a related field with 2+ years of experience
- Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Experience in the design and use of either in-situ instrumentation or ground based remote sensing instrumentation
- Programming skills in C and Matlab/Python/Julia
