Buyer and Inside Sales Support

As a Buyer / Inside Sales Support, you will play a key role in both procurement and customer service operations within the Profit Centre. You will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials for resale, ensuring competitive pricing, favourable terms, and reliable delivery from vendors, as well as supporting the Inside Sales team by responding to customer inquiries, providing product knowledge, and preparing quotations.

Requirements

• A college or university education—or equivalent experience
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, or a related role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales trends and inventory data
• Confident negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
