Fleet Manager

Role Overview

The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's fleet of over 1200 vehicles across 4 Western States. They will work closely with local admins and a direct report to ensure the fleet is well-organized, safe, and maintained on a regular basis.

What You Will Do

The Fleet Manager will be responsible for supporting lease renewals, procuring new vehicles, managing vehicle maintenance, and tracking gas reports. They will also be responsible for managing GPS software, monitoring vehicle inspections, and supporting accident claims.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Microsoft Windows, and O365
• 5+ years of Fleet Managing experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
