Job Description
EMCS is seeking a Survey Team Leader to improve daily lives through quality survey services and support the professional growth of surveyors. The role involves leading a team, conducting field surveys, and contributing to project planning, data management, and office work.
Requirements
- AS or BS degree in Land Surveying or Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in land surveying
- Proven communication, leadership, and planning skills
- Previous experience leading survey crews
- Background in modern survey methods including use of robotic total stations, data collectors, Trimble Business Center, and GPS/VRS
- Knowledge of WisDOT FDM Chapters 9 and 12
- Path to registration as a professional land surveyor (PLS) a plus, but not required
- Experience with Civil 3D
- WisDOT project experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
