Technical Program Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives at Emerald AI. You'll play a critical role in turning Emerald's vision of power-flexible AI data centers into reality.

What You Will Do

Lead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables. Break down complex initiatives into clear workstreams, timelines, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or similar cross functional roles
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineers on architecture, systems, and tradeoffs
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startup experience strongly preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
