Job Description
H2O.ai is seeking a Technical Program Manager to operate at the intersection of AI delivery, customer success, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating programs, deepening relationships, and driving measurable expansion across some of APAC's most strategic enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, customer success, or delivery leadership within AI, data science, analytics, or enterprise technology
- Proven track record managing strategic enterprise accounts
- Hands-on experience delivering AI or ML programs in production
- Experience working with or alongside system integrators, platform engineers, and data science teams
