The Asian Cuisine Deli Cook prepares fresh, made-to-order Asian dishes for lunch and dinner service in a fast-paced casual dining environment at Emerald Queen Casino.

Requirements

• Two years experience cooking Asian dishes, prep cooking and pantry cooking
• Experience grilling, broiling and sauteing
• Ability to work on as many as 30 orders at one time
• Effective coordination of cooking times with coworkers
• Knowledge of food decoration and food temperatures
• Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
• Maintain good personal health standards
