Asian Cuisine Cook

Support the Food and Beverage department by preparing and cooking various Asian cuisine dishes for casino guests, including prep work, line cooking, and organizing walk-in storage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least two years of Asian Cuisine cooking experience
• Valid Washington State food handler's card
• Ability to stand and have good paced mobility for long periods of time
• Good manual and finger dexterity to use small cooking utensils
• Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts, including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
• Class III B license
