Job Description
The Line Cook is responsible for cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner to order, assisting with prep work, daily cleaning, training new staff, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Two years experience in line cooking for a dinner house
- Experience in grilling, broiling, sautéing, and steaming
- Ability to work on as many as 30 orders at a time
- Valid Washington State food handler’s card
- Class III B license required
