Job Description
The Surveillance Shift Manager supervises the Surveillance Observers & Technicians on the day-to-day operations and monitors operations to protect the property's assets, reputation, and standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field
- Three year's surveillance experience in a gaming environment required
- One year as a floor supervisor or dealer in tribal gaming required
- Must have dealt at least three main table games (craps, roulette, and blackjack)
- Five years' management and supervisory experience preferred
