Receptionist

Eterniti is the leading operator of vacation rentals in iconic holiday destinations. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for delivering a great experience to all stakeholders, including guests and colleagues. You will work in a remote hospitality environment, coordinating arrival management, handling guest complaints, and collecting feedback. You will also develop destinations under your responsibility, creating extra-service processes and keeping destination pages up to date.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working at the front office of a 4* or 5* boutique hotel
• Experience working at a fast-growing company
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and work in an independent way
