Job Description
Chief Product & Technology Officer — Global Fintech Platform, Dubai or Malaysia. Lead the end-to-end product and technology portfolio across two flagship businesses, defining multi-product strategy and elevating product and engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in brokerage, trading fintech, or similarly regulated industries.
- Minimum 5 years in senior product leadership roles, owning multi-product portfolios.
- Proven experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Deep capability in defining product strategy, positioning, and customer value narratives.
- Strong discovery discipline — able to derive truth from data and user insight rather than opinion.
- Comfort operating across multiple products with distinct metrics, risks, and constraints.
- Demonstrated success in building scalable product development operating systems.
- Experience creating shared platforms supporting multiple product operations.
- Ability to set, enforce, and elevate talent and performance standards across Product and Technology.
- Strong technical grounding with the ability to guide architecture and reliability decisions.
- Deep instinct for embedding compliance, risk, and auditability into product and engineering workflows.
- Ability to partner effectively with Risk & Compliance while maintaining delivery speed and clarity.
