Job Description
This position will serve as an attorney defending litigated Workers’ Compensation claims and providing leadership and expertise on major company projects.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor Degree and admission to the bar in good standing
- A minimum of four (4) years of legal experience, with two years of experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations governing insurance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
