Consultant

Emergent Method is seeking a dynamic project management, strategy, and/or communication professional to join our team as a consultant. This role will support a wide range of project management, strategic planning, and communication-related initiatives to support local and state government programs focused on infrastructure, resilience, and coastal protection and restoration.

Requirements

• Supporting a variety of client projects and engagements related to strategic planning, research, data analytics, meeting/retreat facilitation, consensus building, and strategic communication
• Using problem-solving skills to identify client needs, define goals and objectives, and develop comprehensive, strategic deliverables aligned with client goals
• Assisting with general project management, including developing project plans, timelines, and objectives
• Learning and understanding a wide variety of subject matter related to client industries
• Demonstrating true problem solving skills with a willingness to complete tasks and projects with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
