Microsoft Modern Work Engineer (Copilot & SharePoint)

Join our team of top-notch modern work engineers working closely together on interesting projects for our clients. This position combines hands-on solution development with client-facing delivery, scoping, and training.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Teams, Entra, and core admin capabilities
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio solutions in production client environments
• Strong communication skills; comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Proven ability to independently manage competing priorities and client relationships across simultaneous engagements
• Deep track record of translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions with measurable outcomes
