Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a national law firm to collect funds for government clients, providing a helping hand to customers and creating reasonable repayment plans.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Ability to pass a 5-Panel Drug Test
- Availability during the hours: 8a-5p Monday-Friday
- Previous phone or call center experience
