We are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to lead learning and development projects, create high-quality learning solutions, and implement organizational changes.

Requirements

• A college degree from a 4 year college
• Minimum of 5 years external learning and development consulting / training or instructional design experience
• Expert level experience in instructional design principles and best practices
• Superior business/technical writing and editing skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Significant experience working with people at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated ability supporting internal and client team members
