Job Description: Partner with Supervisor to support employee performance, manpower utilization, and ongoing training needs. Lead and guide team members in day-to-day warehouse activities. Communicate daily workload and priorities, assigning tasks to ensure efficient flow of work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with leadership or team coordination responsibilities
- Ability to understand and communicate quality requirements and oversee daily operations
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with email communication
- Willingness to learn and use a computer and job-related software
- Ability to instruct and direct a small team performing varied tasks
