Assembler

Assemble actuators, valve bodies, and yoke mounts, and perform pilot mounting and calibration in accordance with Fisher specifications and work instructions. Inspect assembled products, identify defects, and perform rectification to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in control valve assembly, servicing, or maintenance OR at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or maintenance within the engineering industry
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English, including interpretation of work instructions, assembly drawings, and diagrams
• Fundamental mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand units of measurement such as length, pressure, and temperature
• Minimum technical certification (e.g., SKM or equivalent mechanical certification)
• Good physical health with no history of hand abnormalities or back pain
• Ability to assemble actuators, valve bodies, and yoke mounts in compliance with Fisher specifications
