Job Description
The Bilingual Inside Sales Representative will sell and promote RIDGID and Greenlee lines of tools and equipment, providing personal care to deliver a premium customer experience for assigned high-value accounts. The role involves building positive customer relationships, growing sales, and managing leads.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Inside Sales, Customer Service or Sales experience
- Strong drive for results and high level of commitment to exceed expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in French and English
- Proficient in MS Office Applications including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (preferred)
