Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support the Global PMO Digital Process Execution (DPX) programs, including the Integrated Process Management System (iPMS) and Jama Connect along with other digital process and customer experience tools. They will assist Product Managers with discovery, documenting requirements, and translating business objectives into actionable software product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in Project Management or other adjacent functions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in digital transformation, software development & configuration, and/or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
