Emerson is seeking a skilled CNC Programming Professional to support high-precision machining operations. This role involves creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs using CAM software, collaborating with various teams, and driving improvements in process efficiency. The position requires a deep understanding of machining principles, toolpath strategy, and fixture design.
Requirements
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis CNC machines
- Design and specify fixturing and workholding solutions
- Analyze quality data and implement corrective programming changes
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
- Provide mentorship to CNC operators and programmers
