Commodity Manager

Role Overview

The Sr. Commodity Manager is responsible for proactively managing the total supply base performance and spend, developing sourcing strategies, and negotiating pricing & contracts. They will establish strategic actions to take the commodity to the desired level set by the organization, working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

Implement commodity strategies, support cost-effectiveness, develop and consolidate the supply base, manage commodity trends, and monitor budgets and constraints on supply.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will need 6-8 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement/Commodity management, a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration, and proficiency in English. You will also need to have demonstrated knowledge/experience in areas such as thermoforming & thermosetting plastics, injection molding process, and tooling/mold fabrication.

Requirements

• 6-8 years in Supply Chain and/or Procurement/Commodity management rolls
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering International Business or Business Administration
• Proficiency Level in English
• Demonstrated knowledge/experience in thermoforming & thermosetting plastics, injection molding process, and tooling/mold fabrication
