Customer Service Representative with German

As a Customer Service Representative with German, your responsibilities will include providing a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You’ll handle their orders from start to finish, making sure everything is processed quickly and accurately. You will respond to customers’ questions in a timely and knowledgeable way, proactively addressing any issues that come up. You’ll also work closely with our technical support and sales teams to help resolve customer problems efficiently, while following company policies and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or International Trade preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Experience in commercial roles such as technical support, pricing, or sales
• Emphasis on attention to detail with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work optimally under time pressure
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service perfection
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms such as Outlook, email, Microsoft Office, and related systems
