Engineering Technician

Engineering Technician role providing engineering support to the manufacturing department for day-to-day operations, maintaining manufacturing engineering drawing files, and designing and obtaining needed fixtures.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or 2 years of experience
• Minimum 2 years of related engineering or technical experience in a manufacturing or related industry
• CAD design experience
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining and assembly operations
• Good understanding of computer-aided drawing software (AutoCAD and LaserMark is preferred), blueprint reading, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing of components
• Ability to work in a hands-on fast-paced environment
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
• Ability to respond and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic digital literacy
• Ability to be highly organized
• Extremely diligent, with good communication skills and customer service, and ability to multitask
