Hardware Development Engineer

As a Hardware Development Engineer, you will support the design, sustainability, and continuous improvement of hardware products used in Power and Water Solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional and global teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or any equivalent field.
• Foundational knowledge of electronic components, circuit analysis, and hardware design principles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical partners
• Experience working collaboratively with teams across different regions, cultures, and time zones
• Comfort adapting to changing priorities and responding to time-sensitive engineering needs
