Conduct cycle time studies, line balancing, and workflow analysis, and support Kaizen, ergonomics assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives as an Intern - Manufacturing/ Mechanical Engineering in a real manufacturing operation.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and production systems.
- Ability to collect, organise, and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with cycle time analysis, process flow, and workstation efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present findings clearly.
