Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- Overall 15+ yrs of experience in Firmware Development domain with 3-5 years of experience in leadership
- Strong domain experience with knowledge of software development lifecycle with and experience of working with NPD stage gate process, tools and methodologies.
- Excellent technical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performance new product development teams
