Leader - Firmware Development

Lead Firmware Development team in M&A to ensure delivery of projects/products to time and budget, build an inclusive and encouraging environment for employees, and improve development processes and tools for productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Overall 15+ yrs of experience in Firmware Development domain with 3-5 years of experience in leadership
• Strong domain experience with knowledge of software development lifecycle with and experience of working with NPD stage gate process, tools and methodologies.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performance new product development teams
