Manufacturing CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)

Emerson, a global leader in custom-designed control valves, is seeking skilled CNC Machinists to bring cutting-edge designs to life. As a CNC Machinist, you'll work with multi-axis machine tools—lathes, boring mills, and machining centers—perform quality inspections, and contribute to creating world-class products that power industries worldwide.

Requirements

• Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
• Align with and maintain areas to 5S standards.
• Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions.
• Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Setup machines in accordance with job routings, set-up sheets, tooling drawings, component blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Perform all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as required.
