Manufacturing Engineer

Emerson is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team in Aiken, SC. The successful candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to program and troubleshoot PLCs, design tooling and fixtures, and work with mechanical and electrical components.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of study
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to program, and troubleshoot PLCs
• Experience in Tooling and Fixture Design
• Ability to read Blueprint and GD&T familiarity
• Experience with mechanical and electrical components, and industrial engineering applications
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of manufacturing assembly equipment and ability to fix using root cause analysis
• Strong mechanical abilities, fixing experience with root cause analysis
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Act with utmost integrity, professionalism and positive demeanor
• Must be a great teammate and lead by example
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
