Job Description
Emerson has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations, guide teams toward strong performance, and support a culture grounded in safety, quality, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Provide daily leadership and oversight for production activities across multiple shifts
- Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the production floor
- Partner with the EHS Leader to reinforce a culture of safety
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to support strong product quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive productivity improvements through process optimization
- Lead and sustain 5S initiatives
- Champion on-time delivery performance and support monthly production and sales goals
- Develop and implement standardized work instructions
