Materials and Production Planning Manager

The Materials and Production Planning Manager will lead materials planning, production scheduling, supplier coordination, and inventory management within the Elyria, OH facility. The role will guide a team, strengthen planning processes, and partner across functions to support high levels of service, accurate planning parameters, and reliable on-time delivery to our Distribution Centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations management, engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or demand planning
• 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and develop teams
• Strong analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong working knowledge of ERP and other planning systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
