Product Certification Engineer

Join our team in Pune as a Senior Engineer/Engineer – Compliance & Certification, where you will support new product development for industrial automation solutions.

Requirements

• Review product designs and provide detailed feedback to design teams with respect to relevant global standards.
• Examine schematics, PCB layouts, component selections, circuit analyses, and FMEA documents to ensure compliance and identify any non-conformities.
• Assess drawings, manuals, descriptive reports, and related documentation for alignment with compliance requirements.
• Interpret product standards and prepare test plans as required for certifications.
• Prepare authorized test reports, communicate findings to project teams, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external test laboratories or certification bodies to support certification activities.
• Develop compelling technical justifications that demonstrate how product safety features meet regulatory expectations.
• Support CE marking qualifications including EMI/EMC testing requirements.
