Quality Manager

Quality Manager position at Emerson, responsible for leading and optimizing the Quality function across North America Measurement Solutions Engineered Solutions and Lifecycle Services operations, ensuring consistent quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline
• Relevant years of professional experience leading quality or operational excellence functions within industrial, manufacturing, or project-based environments
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%; occasional international travel may be required
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
