Senior Application Engineer

The Senior Application Engineer will support the development of the Flow Controls business in Europe by analyzing market dynamics, setting growth plans, and executing strategies. They will gain expertise in major applications and support sales tender processes, communicating requirements and providing guidance to management. The role involves developing technical proposals, coordinating with teams, and responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• 6 years experience in a sales role, preferably outside sales, inside sales, or industry expert
• Master's degree in science or technical diploma
• Experience in technical sales on control valves/steam conditioning
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create relationships at all levels
• English fluency in writing and speech
• Experience in using Microsoft tools and/or ERP/CRM systems as well as social networks
