In this role, you will provide technical support and design, build, and deliver technical proofs of concept, value-focused demonstrations, and performance benchmarks. You will work with customers to gather, clarify, and summarize requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and advance business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application engineering, software engineering, or a related field, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Pre-sales support and demand generation
- Design, build, and deliver technical proofs of concept, value-focused demonstrations, and performance benchmarks
- Translate customer challenges into clear technical proposals
- Gather, clarify, and summarize customer requirements
- Propose system architectures and hardware/software configurations
- Support customer engagement through technical consultations
- Contribute to local marketing activities
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, Business Managers, Sales, and global subject matter experts
- Provide technical feedback, recommendations, and escalation input
- Estimate engineering effort for system customization and support technical risk assessment and delivery planning
- Coordinate with development teams on customer-specific hardware and software deliverables
- Manage technical communication across customers, global experts, and delivery teams
- Support and enable strategic partners in delivering partner-led solutions
- Advise customers on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution
- Respond to technical inquiries related to NI solutions, systems, and industry-specific applications
