Senior Financial & Planning Analyst

Emerson has an exciting role for a Senior Financial & Planning Analyst to support the financial planning activities of Measurement Solutions Business Group in Latin America. The role will work closely with LAM MSS Operations and Sales team, the Finance community in countries, and the Global Finance Services to maintain and ensure accurate and high-quality planning and actuals activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Experience related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Familiarity with project-based revenue accounting
• Strong analytical skills performing solid accounting and financial analysis
• Cross functional interactions with Operations, Sales teams, Business Unit and Countries
• System Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management
• Hands on experience in ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools
• Advanced oral and written English skills
• Preferred qualifications: System Knowledge of Oracle, Balance stakeholder, Situational adaptability, manages complexities & Manages ambiguity, Continuous improvement mindset
