Job Description
The Emerson Test & Measurement Transportation Business Unit Systems R&D team has an opening for a Senior Software Engineer to work in research, design and development of systems from concept to release, providing technical leadership to the research and development team and execution excellence on all initiatives.
Requirements
- BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software and systems development
- Proficiency in high-throughput FPGA development
- Strong understanding of system design, development and testing principles
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and sense of urgency
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team
- Ability to learn fast
- English language competency and excellent oral and written communication skills
