Senior Project Manager

Lead simple and complex, cross-functional projects from intake through execution, stabilization, and handoff. Mentor and guide other PMs or process partners on delivery best practices. Drive measurable improvements across operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, engineering, or MIS
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, operations, or process management roles
• Proven success leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder influence skills combined with excellent executive-level communication
• Experience partnering with Operations, IT, and Product teams
• Strong change leadership capability
