Senior Systems Engineer

Join us as TOV & CBL Senior Systems Engineer in Lugagnano Val d'Arda, Italy. As Senior Systems Engineer, you will coordinate programs and be responsible for Systems Engineering activities within the Engineering functional area on TOV, CBL and related integrated solutions, for the entire products life cycle.

Requirements

• University master graduation in Mechanical/Aerospace/Energy/Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited University or College.
• At least 10 years of experience in Design and System Engineering domain, preferably in Oil & Gas, Power, or Nuclear segments.
• Demonstrated capability to execute projects or programs and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, process improvement and project management skills; ability to recognize and solve simple and complex problems in system design.
• Knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced engineering environment. Experience in optimizing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Experience of Design for Manufacturing, Design of Experiment, Statistical Process Control, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and Risk Matrix.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI.
• Executive level presentation skills, strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals/programs/processes for an area or business segment.
• Proven track record to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Be able to work with multi-disciplined cross-functional teams in a global matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Italian and English language is mandatory.
