Service Engineer responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support. Provides technical after-sales service and offers technical analysis of customer equipment failures. Responsible for revenue generation and providing feedback on product issues to internal technical departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Proficient in office software
- Three years or more of experience in electromechanical equipment-related technology
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, electronic circuit diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional demeanor
- Willingness to work long hours at customer sites and travel frequently
- Strong continuous learning ability
- Customer-focused and proactive
- Customer management skills
- Experience in ultrasonic, laser, and automotive industries
- Experience in after-sales service of electromechanical equipment
