Job Description
Emesent is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support professional to join our growing sales team. This role is instrumental in supporting our sales operations, managing client relationships, and helping drive revenue growth across the APAC region.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service role, preferably in B2B technology or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to understand client requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their needs
