Job Description
Emesent is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planning & Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end planning and supply chain function within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will build, lead, and develop a small planning and procurement team while personally driving systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- 5–8 years in manufacturing planning, supply chain management, or production operations
- Demonstrated experience owning and running an S&OP or equivalent demand-to-delivery planning cycle
- Hands-on ERP system ownership (Fishbowl, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations
- Proven stakeholder communication skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for modelling, analysis, and operational dashboards
- Experience managing supplier relationships
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification
