Civil Field Supervisor 

We're seeking a Civil Field Supervisor to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil construction projects across the region. As a Civil Field Supervisor, you'll lead a crew on site to get daily work done safely and on time. You'll work hands-on with a skilled crew in the field, ensuring safety, and efficiency every step of the way.

Requirements

• Approximately 2-3 years' experience as a Foreman
• Proven earthworks experience, and keen understanding of underground utilities
• Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership skills, and the ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing construction environment
• Knowledge of provincial safety regulations and a strict adherence to company standards
• Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
