Job Description
Gerry Enns Contracting is seeking a Commercial Site Superintendent with a background in commercial and/or residential construction. The role involves leading day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and field staff, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent
- Adequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards
- Valid Driver's License and clean abstract required
- Current First Aid certification an asset
- Familiarity with CoConstruct and Salus an asset
- Red Seal trade qualification is an asset
