Job Description
We're seeking a Commercial Superintendent with a background in commercial and/or residential construction who's ready to grow with a community-driven general contractor. With a collaborative team, diverse project opportunities, and strong mentorship, you'll help deliver quality projects and a great client experience across the Fraser Valley and in Vancouver.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent
- Adequate computer skills to communicate with all project stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards
- Valid Driver's License and clean abstract required
- Current First Aid certification an asset
- Familiarity with CoConstruct and Salus an asset
- Red Seal trade qualification is an asset
