We're seeking a Pipelayer to join our team in the Okanagan, supporting civil construction projects across the region. As a Pipelayer, you'll work alongside a skilled crew in the field to deliver high-quality work. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building their skills, working outdoors, and being part of projects that shape communities.
Requirements
- Perform all work safely in line with company policies and WorkSafeBC standards.
- Complete jobs to the required specifications and quality standards.
- Keep all tools and equipment clean, maintained, and in good working condition.
- Rig and hoist pipe sections safely, ensuring proper securing and support.
- Install various pipe systems, including water mains, sanitary sewers, storm drains, etc.
- Assist in trench preparation and grading—both manual labor and in coordination with equipment operators.
- Install and assemble manholes and catch basins.
- Work independently and within a team, taking ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
- Attend and actively participate in daily and weekly site meetings.
