Werkstudent im Recruiting (w/m/d/x)

As Work Student in Recruiting, you will support the EMIL Recruiting Team throughout the entire recruiting process, gain a comprehensive insight into modern recruiting strategies, and participate in smaller projects. You will identify and communicate with suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Social Sciences, or a comparable course
• First practical experiences in HR or recruiting are a plus
• Good German and English skills
