Direct Care Worker

Eminence Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Workers to join their team, providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes.

Requirements

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with meal preparation and ensure that clients receive proper nutrition
• Provide medication reminders and documentation of medication administration
• Engage clients in social activities and offer emotional support
• Monitor clients’ health and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Work closely with families to provide the best care possible
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
