Job Description
Eminence Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregivers/Direct Care Workers to provide in-home support to individuals in need. This rewarding position offers personalized care, companionship, and emotional support to enhance their quality of life and maintain their independence. Caregivers will work with clients and families to ensure effective care plans are implemented and provide a positive experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in home care is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
